In November 2016, Hazardous Substance Control Bureau, Department of Industrial Works (DIW) of Thailand, released Q&A about preliminary existing chemicals list and notification of List 5.6 substances. According to the Q&A, DIW has not prescribed regulation about new chemicals. Public consultation will be carried out prior to the official announcement.
